AIX vtable issues

After I sent that mail, I did find that code, and modify it
appropriately.

I verified that it changed the resulting assembler output.  It now
looks like:

        .tc _ZTT4MostIiE[TC],_ZTT4MostIiE

        .csect _template41.rw_ii[RW],3
        .align 2
_ZTT4MostIiE:
        .long _ZTV4MostIiE[RW]+12
        .long _ZTC4MostIiE0_2D1IiE[RW]+12
        .long _ZTC4MostIiE4_2D2IiE[RW]+12
        .long _ZTV4MostIiE[RW]+24
        .space 4
        .align 2

(Note that the `[RW]' is now missing on the `.tc' line.

But, the same problem still occurs.  Oh, I see why, now: inside the
definition of _ZTT4MostIiE we still have section references to various
other vtables.  OK, I'll try to track that down.
