Cross-compiling from GNU/Linux to AIX

It doesn't work.

I'm a bit confused as to what's the right solution.

On an AIX native build, xm-rs6000.h defines COLLECT_EXPORT_LIST, which
means we don't end up in this code.  It seems to me that either
LD_INIT_SWITCH should not be defined in aix43.h if cross-compiling.
Does that sound right to you?
