CLIB=-lld is inserted by x-*, not t-* machine description files. It is a characteristic of the host, not the target. I assume that the NetBSD configuration is defaulting to x-rs6000. As far as the varargs stuff, I am not sure what to recommend. varargs was simplified radically in gcc-3. David
