A bug in Chapter 18

Hello,

In the first sentence of Chapter 18 - Trees, I believe it should
read, "This chapter documents the internal representation used by
GCC and _G_++ [not C++]...."

PS.  BTW, which updates to gcc wrt C++ and to libstdc++ are
currently being worked on and which are not, as far as you know.
