Itanium unwind patch

Has anyone had a chance to look at

AFAIK, this fixes the most serious remaining problem with Java on Itanium,
and I suspect it also improves the C++ exception handling situation
appreciably as well.  It would be nice to get it checked in.  The only part
of the patch that I'm not completely comfortable with is the conditional
linux.h inclusion in unwind-ia64.c.  If someone can suggest a better way
that would be great.  But even that's a stylistic issue, which I consider
far less serious than the problems fixed by the patch.
