Web: Downloading gcj

I now switched http://gcc.gnu.org/cvs.html to refer to
subversions.gnu.org instead of gcc.gnu.org but noticed that
http://gcc.gnu.org/java/download.html still refers to gcc.gnu.org
for anonymous CVS.

I'd really like to see this redundance removed. How about simply
removing the entire section "cvs" from that page or just linking
to http://gcc.gnu.org/cvs.html instead?
