Problem linking libf2c on alphaev56-dec-osfv4.0c.

Which of these files contains `timestamp'?  Please remove it and try
again.  These files used to contain just `timestamp', now they contain
lists of object files.  Perhaps I should have renamed the files? :-(

Eric, is this the same problem you ran into?
