GCC 3.0.1 Released

It reached the gcc list the first time - but not gcc-announce (I didn't
receive the first announcement via gcc-announce, nor does the first
announcement appear in the gcc-announce archives, nor is there a gap in
message numbers between 29 (3.0 announcement) and 30 (3.0.1 repost)).
