GCC status on Linux/SPARC32

You may need to upgrade your binutils and glibc for gcc 3.x. I am
planning to provide Linux/sparc32 binary rpms for the current
binutils and glibc as well as gcc 2.96. But it won't happen anytime
soon since I don't have time nor sparc hardware.
