Compiling gcc-3.0 on Solaris 8

Hi gurus,
could you please give me some hints how to compile gcc-3.0 on Solaris 8 
(SPARC), with the Forte 6 C Compiler I couldn't manage it.
Have anyone succeeded in doing so?
