Problem in installing GCC3.0

I have downloaded your GCC3.0
But i am finding problems in installing it
The zip file which i downloaded is about 20mb in size and contains
gcc-3.0-sol7-sparc-local this file as a content
there is no other content of a zip file
i am not finding any installation steps for the same

I tried it running on my solaris machine using the command
./gcc-3.0-sol7-sparc-local
It gives me the  following messages
