gcc.gnu.org moving

The gcc.gnu.org machine will be moving to a new physical location
tomorrow.  The new location has more bandwidth and better backup,
so we will all benefit, once the dust settles.  It may be difficult
to access the machine by name for a little while.  The new IP address
will be 209.249.29.67.  If you have trouble using the name gcc.gnu.org.
you can use the IP address directly.
