GCC 3.0.1 Release Candidate

The first 3.0.1 release candidate is available -- or soon will be --
from the usual mirror sites in the `snapshots' directory.

Look for the files with `3.0.1-20010813' in their names.

Please try building the release candidate, and report packaging
problems, or regressions relative to GCC 3.0, to me.
