[Trunk] Bootstrap Failure on powerpc-apple-darwin1.3.7

Attempted to bootstrap HEAD as of roughly 2 PM EDT Sunday, and failed in
final.c with

/Users/glenn/gcc/gcc/gcc/final.c: In function `final_scan_insn':
/Users/glenn/gcc/gcc/gcc/final.c:2343: `DOUBLE_INT_ASM_OP' undeclared
(first use in this function)

Bootstrapped on MacOS 10.0.4 with Apple's compiler:

[localhost:~] glenn% cc -v
Reading specs from /usr/libexec/gcc/darwin/ppc/2.95.2/specs
Apple Computer, Inc. version gcc-926, based on gcc version 2.95.2
19991024 (release)

[localhost:~] glenn% as -v
Apple Computer, Inc. version cctools-358.obj~7, GNU assembler version
1.38

I've locally hacked gcc/configure.in, libffi/configure.in, and
libffi/configure to attempt to enable LIBGCJ, to see if Java development
will be possible on Darwin/MacOS X, but the failure is in the generic
compiler.

Suggestions?
