All of the files that you downloaded are necessary for the following
languages: C, C++, java, chill and fortran.  C++ is located in the cp
directory, java in the java directory, chill in the ch directory, and
fortran in the f directory.  C is located in the main directory.  All of
the docs are in the info files.
