GCC 3.0 Status Report

Mark,

I would like to draw your attention to these two g++ patches
which I would like considered for both branch and main:

The first one potentially affects all targets.  The second
only affects targets that define PCC_STATIC_STRUCT_RETURN.
However, it is crucial to g++ being usable.
