libjava make check, timing out again as of today

For a long while, I removed gcj/libjava from my builds because of this
exact problem. As of now make check has been running for over 5 hours,
due to it hanging while checking libjava.

Someone earlier wondered about build reports with threads/libjava, etc.
So I put it back into my bootstraps and it worked for a few days. Now
here we go again.

When someone looks into this, if you need any more info, just ask. I
generally send my build reports daily to testresults list. So this
breakage is from yesterday's changes.

Someone also should look into fixing the libstdc++ testsuite. See my
other post regarding 'printf... invalid number'.
