Install source RPM of RPM4 on a RedHat 7.0 machine, transfer
source to a sane machine, build and install.

Why RPM4 is distributed in RPM4 format is beyond me, though I
suspect there's a half-good reason.

For gcc distributions, RPM4 isn't a good way to go right now.
It's a PITA for many (most?) people.
