For gcc 3.[01] i686-pc-linux-gnu and mips-sgi-irix6.5 configurations,
during the past week of 02-08 April, daily bootstraps

		      failed 46.4% of the time.

Apr03	failure			failure
Apr04				failure
Apr05				failure
Apr06	failure			failure
Apr07	failure			failure
Apr08	failure			failure
------------------------------------------------
	43% failure		50% failure

During the entire week, gcc 3.1 mips-sgi-irix6.5 failed because of
mabi=64 libstdc++ problems.  gcc 3.1 i686-pc-linux-gnu fails because
libgcj.so references `__rethrow@GCC_3.0' and other undefined
?misnamed? exception handling routines.

A sequence of daily failures for gcc 3.0 ended for both
i686-pc-linux-gnu and mips-sgi-irix6.5, but over 800 mips-sgi-irix6.5
C++ tests fail for an unknown reason. gcc 3.0 i686-pc-linux-gnu is in
its regular state.
