What is the status of review of open bugs?  GNATSweb shows 663 PRs in
state "open" - i.e. unreviewed, presuming that reviewers have changed the

I'll suggest again that, though not in the release criteria, TeX is a
worthwhile program to try to build, since there have been problems
triggered by TeX in more than one previous release.
