install gcc 2.95.2 on Redhat 7.0

It would be nice to have this information in the GCC FAQ.  I myself
have answers this question twice just today! :-)

Jakub, do you have all of these patches in a form that applies
cleanly, that we could add the www CVS repo in a form that people
could download a single patch file?
