Patch for check-memory-usage documentation?

Hi,

Did the following patch for the -fcheck-memory-usage flag make it
into gcc:
http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/1999-10n/msg00539.html

I checked the gcc.info file that comes with one of the latest
gcc snapshots from CodeSourcery, and code not find this particular
documentation.
