libio tests?

I finally fixed the problem I was having in the last two snapshots
with make check (see,

not doing the g++ tests, by deleting the entire gcc tree and doing a
fresh "cvs co gcc".  After a bootstrap build, with default parameters
on an i686-linux-gnu box, "make check" performs the g++ tests;
however, the libio, libstc++ tests now aren't run.  This seems to be
the behavior reported by others on the testresults list.  What's going
on?
