Does the old FSF CVS tree still exist?

Please note that anoncvs *is* subversions:

  deneb[46]:~% host -t cname anoncvs.gnu.org
  anoncvs.gnu.org         CNAME   subversions.gnu.org

I believe someone mentioned a .tar.gz file of the tree a few weeks
ago and Jeff planned to put this on ftp://gcc.gnu.org/ .
