LAPACK 3.0 with g77 from 20001120 snapshot on Irix6.5

Here are LAPACK 3.0 results for g77 from gcc-20001120 snapshots on
mips-sgi-irix6.5. There are a few failures, but results are comparable to
SGI f77 7.2.1 and are unchanged from recent snapshots.

With compiler flags "-O3 -funroll-loops" and default -n32 ABI I get

With "-mabi=64 -O3 -funroll-loops" the results are identical, although there
is an ICE on one file, SRC/sgbtrf.f, which is worked around by compiling
with "-O0".  It is GNATS PR 275.
