GCC for Windows, Bison compiler

Hello from snow Moscow!

I have a couple of Qs:

1) I need gcc for Windows - quite simple to run Bison without learning
UNIX/Linux.
But I am afraid I do not move easily in GCC site jungles.

Is Bison available for Windows?

Can you show me the proper addr?

2) I need a sample BNF grammar for Bison. I got info that 
in GCC the file c-parse.y (or maybe now it is called c/parse.y or something
like that) contains a Bison grammar for C.
