compiling 2.95(.2)

Hello!

I am interested to know whether its possible to compile libiberty and
the <target>/* libraries with additional flags? Overriding CFLAGS isn't
an option since this affects the build of libgcc.a. The toplevel
makefile has so many *FLAGS declarations that I have no idea which
could be the one I am looking for.

Can one compile the c++ support bits from libgcc.a with -fomit-frame-pointer?
