V3 and IRIX 6.5

  I just got a successful IRIX 6.5 V3 bootstrap (with the fixincludes
patch I checked in) and with the following script:

  ${HOME}/dev/gcc/contrib/gcc_build \
      -c "--enable-libstdcxx-v3 --prefix=${HOME}/dev/install/v3" \
      -m "MAKE='make -j 32'" \
      -o "v3-objdir" \
      -p "ext" \
      -u "mmitchel" \
     "$@"
