Head up: libstdc++ web pages

I noticed some strange effects concerning the gcc web pages (the versions
checked out by the web server and the version preprocessed), some that
seem to predate my changes, some as a result.

All these should be fixed now by means of more-or-less brute force.

If you notice any problems, please let me now...
