please update the info 'bout the .at mirror in
/server/list-mirrors.html ... to be now

the rsync server @ gcc.gnu.org is constantly
overloaded (max conn 10 reached).
Would you please adjust the rsyncd for more connections
or still better arrange a privil. account for
mirrors ?
