Don't forget about texi2html -- the advantage of having the installation
info in texinfo is that it can be included in the manual, which people
can obtain as a printed book and thereby have everything in one piece.
We can also include the texi2html output in the distribution since
HTML files are easier for the user to use than texinfo, especially for
installation.
