EGCS->GCC: Snapshot names

I see the smilie, but in case anyone is confused:

In 1984, they rewrote history, and we are not doing that.  We will not
change any "egcs" reference in announcements, email, release notes, etc.

We only want to change the references that suggest that the code is STILL
named egcs.
