GCC 2.95.2/AIX/pthreads

Hi,

Can anyone tell me whether G++ can work on AIX for multithreaded
applications?

I get random crashes in a try/catch block in one of the threads in my
application.  I have read several news articles (from dejanews) where other
people have said that g++ does not work with multithreaded application on
AIX.

Please help.
