gcc-help list topic?

Of course, people often tend to confuse "using gcc" on one hand with
"using the C language", or "using the C++ language", or "using the C
library" on the other hand. 

There are certainly gcc specific aspects of software development, and
people are welcome to discuss them here - but we'd also need to make
clear that, in many cases, people would better look in other places
for help.
