Internal Compiler error while trying to compile template code

Well !!,  I need to look if I am missing something first. This is a new port for
one of the SVR4.2 based mips machine. Although now most of the tests have passed
well, I still need to know why there is a problem with templates when almost
everything else is just fine. Is is something known or ??
