I'm one of the maintainers of autoconf, but not of config.guess.  For
autoconf discussion, write to autoconf@gnu.org.  Patches for autoconf
should go to autoconf-patches@gnu.org.  Ben Elliston, the maintainer
of config.guess and config.sub, can be reached at
config-patches@gnu.org.
