Serious problems accessing cvs

While it may not be available on every platform, it is for the more
popular ones.  My reason for suggesting CVSup was not to replace anoncvs,
but to provide an alternative for those that want/can use it.  CVSup is
*very* useful, if for nothing else, keep CVS mirrors up to date.
