Since Jeff Law has already agreed to the idea, I feel it has been
approved.

No. I don't think it is a problem keeping it, and it may cause
problems changing it. In the gccbug script, I'll order them in a way
that it is clearly a catch-all case. The new classes have too long
names already (having to fit into a single editor line), so I'd rather
keep sw-bug as short as it is now.

However, as Gerald requested, I'd like to see another category,
"web". I don't think spaces are allowed in category names, so that
would be better than "web pages". Please have all reports in this
category default-assigned to Gerald.
