Serious problems accessing cvs

How about finding sites to mirror your cvs tree ?
It is fairly common practice in Open projects: there is a central
repository that is accessible ONLY for developpers, and a few dedicated
anoncvs repositories that mirror the main repository (using sup, rsync,
or something else) every few hours.

Everyone then uses the anoncvs repositories to update, and the real
developpers do their commits on the main tree.

Works wonders :)
