ftp.cdrom.com, located in California and allowing 5000 simultaneous
logins] now mirrors ftp://egcs.cygnus.com/pub/egcs/ at
ftp://ftp.freesoftware.com/pub/egcs/

Currently, ftp.freesoftware.com is mirroring egcs.cygnus.com via normal
anonftp.  To ensure the ability of mirrors to login to egcs.cygnus.com,
do you setup special accounts for them?
