Help with install-info

     I hope that you will not mind my asking how to use "install-info" 
     (i.e. what are the values of the options to use) in order for me 
     to view the GNU Fortran (G77) files. I have installed GNU Fortran 
     with DJGPP and can run INFO. But I am at a loss to know what 
     values to give the options in order to run install-info for G77. 
     For example, what would be dir-file, entry, info-file and section? 
     The INFO directory is a subdirectory of C:\DJGPP and it contains 
     g77 files.
     
     Your help would be sincerely appreciated.
     
     By the way, is there an easy way of printing off a hard-copy of 
     the G77 manual?
