libstdc++.a and libgcc.a conflict.

Hi,

I just moved to a new environment, I am so clear about the
configuration here. But when I tried to compile a program,
I got the following error message. Please give me some hints
about how to handle it. Please CC to me your reply. I am not
on this mailing list yet. Thanks.
