libstdc++ v3 wants more libio functions now

I don't want to do something incomplete.  There will be several other
functions libstdc++ will need (mostly wide char stuff) and I want to
do this at once.  Otherwise we'lll have a mix of libc versions which
work partly.

Better, for now, link in the appropriate files directly.
