I'm having a very high latency (400 ms) and packet loss (25%) and it
looks like problems local to Cygnus:

Is there any estimate as to when this will be fixed?

If it's this high so early in the morning, I'm concerned what it will be
later in the day.  I haven't had a chance to do much work in the last
few weeks due to travel, so I don't know how long this has been going on.
