rune_t: build failure on i386-unknown-freebsdelf3.4 of 20000203

Latest snapshot (and perhaps earlier snapshots I haven't tested) on FreeBSD
fail on a doubly defined rune_t. The relevant section of /usr/include/stdlib.h
