I had said that bcopy() for DYNIX/ptx DOES NOT have problems with
overlapping memory:

The bcopy() source is the same from DYNIX/ptx V4.4.0 through V4.6.0. I
tried some simple test cases and they look fine.

I'll continue to look at the other problems with building 2.95.2 and the
latest snapshot on DYNIX/ptx and report back later. If I can get access
to a system running ptx 4.4.x I'll try it there also.
