Sad but I agree with Jeff.  VCG claims to be under GPL, some files
version 2, some files version 2 or later, but then some of the files are
"uglified" to prevent you from understanding the code.  I.e., not the
preferred form for editing the source.

So redistribution is not permitted -- there is no way for a
redistributor to comply with the GPL terms laid down in the original
distribution.  The original distributor can of course break his own
rules.
