Looking for Cygnus' modified VCG graph viewer

GCC old news refers to "Drawing Flow Graphs" by Ulrich Drepper.

On that page it refers to the current VCG distribution (VCG is the
program which displays graphs), which is still dated 1995, and to a
version that corrects a "few little bugs".

The fixed version's URL is

  ftp://gcc.gnu.org/pub/gcc/infrastructure/vcg.1.30.r3.17-cygnus.tgz

which no longer exists.  Can anyone tell me where to find the fixed VCG,
or if it the fixes were found to be unnecessary after all?
