Build on sparc/linux - missing file stdio-lock.h ??

I just pulled gcc from CVS and tried to build on an old Sparc box
running RedHat Linux. After a few hours of building, I get this
error:

There is no file called "stdio-lock.h" anywhere in my source tree. I
haven't seen any mention of this problem. Does anyone have an idea
why this happens?
