Successful GCC(C++) i586-pc-cygwin32

Per your request, 
here's a report that I've successfully installed and built GCC 2.95.2 (C++ only) 
on a Windows Me system (Pentium III/800) under Cygwin. The config.guess output 
is i586-pc-cygwin32 . I don't see 
that one on your build status page yet, so here you go.
 
Note: I was not able to build all of 
GCC -- I initially tried configuring and building all languages, but the 
build failed partway through -- I started over with just C++ and that worked 
fine.
